More progress on the condo

We made a lot of progress on the condo this past weekend!!! The drywall was finished last week so we rounded up a bunch of people to help us paint everything. Jackson and I painted the ceilings in all the rooms on Friday night then with the help of our awesome family we primed and painted the entire place!! A big thank you to my mom and dad, Grandma Diane and Dave and Aunt Lori for painting, to Grandma Margaret for lunch on Saturday, and to Cindy for watching Raelyn. Grandpa Dale, Dad, and Jackson finished the lighting and hung ceiling fans in all the rooms in between the priming and painting. On Sunday we set the cabinets (all but one) and appliances. Grandpa Dale and Pa are going to do all the wood trim around the windows, doors, and baseboard.

We're going home again next weekend to measure for and pick out carpet. We are going to order countertops this week and will hopefully finish the bathroom next weekend also. After these things are finished up and the septic tank is set we will be ready to move in!!! We close on the house April 22 then will stay at a hotel for 3 weeks before moving mid-May. We are counting the days!!
